"Putri Kaca" or "Princess in Glass" is a traditional dessert originally came from Banjarmasin, Kalimantan Selatan, Indonesia. Why we called it Princess in Glass? Because you can find the sweet princess which called "Sarikaya" inside the transparent gelatin. Not waiting any longer I present you how to make this delicious dessert.

And here is Putri Sarikaya looked like before cut into small square shapes

Just put Putri Sarikaya inside the leaf vessel, then pour with gelatin

Steam the vessels while filling other vessels for round two

And Putri Kaca is ready, enjoy.... ^-^

After last weekend eating Nanny's Pavillon pancake, now it's time to make my own pancake. I got this recipe from my aunty whose teaching cooking class, so I guess it's worth to try. The recipe and the making itself quite simple, so here we go.
